Check if on your parking levels "Cut Auth" box is checked. Posted image is so small i can not see if this is WR or WQ.

As far as I remember ALU did fix problem with midnight process starting more then once same day ( described in TC1061), however they introduced a regression - last day of month statistics is deleted. It was fixed shortly after. Try to find latest patch for your release and its AFE.

Could be the following:
Check mgr/Trunk Group/ parameter "Overlap dialing=NO". This parameter did not exist in R4.2

If you are using telnet from you PC, that is what usually happens. Try to telneton port 143 from PCX, or telnet to IMAP server on port 23, then telnet to port 143.

I believe with ARS if call went second route (tgrp2) due to first route (tgrp1) all busy or out of service, in 4760 trunk report it will be marked as failed on a tgrp1.
I wonder if "overflow" column is for the calls which used overflow tgrp configured on a trunk level.

Run a report with filter "initial dialed number"=extension number.
