you need to go down in the hierarchy below CCD Operator data display (List of attachements).
There you can look up the processing group in the old number and create a instance for the new number.

That depends on your OXO license.

If it is a new one (no migration from earlier release), then Alcatel doesn't allows you anymore, to connect the old phones.

There is a phone support policy document in BPWS.

I don't remember the documents. I wouldn't recommend, to try it with your release, as everything changes from r12.2.

Even it may be a little late...

You will need latest firmware for the phone 3.0 ... 5.18.
Before that you have to switch the OT to insecure TLS protocols.
There is a script in apache home directory. Take a look in tease notes.

At least in OXO Connect R3 it is TLS 1.2

Should be in installation manual.
Just copy the hotfix on the server, unzip it and run the setup binary (you will need a xterm session).
Just follow the instructions (which means clicking a few times on'next' button).
