We wants to block incoming call in oxo
Means, we wants that Mr. a can't call from his mobile ( 998899889988) to oxo PRI

Is it possible in oxo

In oxo, we are using 2 PRIs of different service providers.

DID for both PRIs are working fine, but DOD is working with only one PRI, and second PRI shows pilot number instead of DOD.
Please suggest how can be it possible to configure DOD for both PRIs

I asked service provider to send DISCONNECT USER BUSY , but they are not able to do the same.

Is there any other option in our oxo to solve the problem

I connect 8001G sip phone with oxo connect, but callback feature is not functioning .
Is it possible in oxo connect for callback feature with 8001G sip phone?

We had installed 8001G with OXO connect. when 8001G user dials internal or external outgoing call, if the called party is busy, then in 8001 SIP phone still hearing RBT. There is no call waiting tone, busy tone which tones provided by service provider , but still there is RBT as like phone is ringin...

Can we change ring back tone in oxo? . Customer feels it like busy tone , long beep.

We have installed two oxo(oxoA and oxoB), and interconnect them by SIP trunking. There is PRI(30channels) in oxoA, but no any PRI in oxoB. Can we use oxoA's PRI in oxoB for incoming and outgoing. Can we make DID in oxoB.
Please suggest whatever is possible.
