Yes by managing ( inserting user number or attendant group number or attendant set number ...) the entity's CDT of trunk group used to receive the calls. By default entity is on Night status.

If you break the audit process while running you need to manually reset the counters - there is a process to do it but someone else will have to post it as i cant find it Do you know that process ?
