You can´t have source ip .255 as it is a broadcast adresse.

So you have
10.1.2.0/24
network adress is .0
broadcast is .255

address for end device : from .1 to .254

So you have to find computer with ip .255 and your pb will be solved.

As you only work with SVLAN and NNI interface, not UNI port.
-> you dont need to configure a service.

Ex :
SVLAN 999 come on port 1/1/1
SVLAN 998 come on port 1/1/2

Traffic aggregate out to port 1/1/20

Configure interface 1/1/20 as NNI and carry SVLAN 998 and 999
