Hello, we recently upgraded our OXE in R10 and our old phones (4020,4035 ip or numeric phones) does not display the name of internal callers any more
only the number is displayed. Did we miss a setting in 4760 ?

This post is quite old but maybe there is some -good- news about it.
Is there a way to keep our existing alcatel phone equipment (4028,4038) to connect them to a native SIP callserver (not necessary Alcatel) ?

Hi all, i run a call center plugged on alcatel 4400 with sip trunk. I have 100 sip channel licences on my OXE Starting from this afternoon, my call center started to behave stangely. In fact i reply to myslef as i found what was wrong.

Restarted windows automatic updates service
Restarted windows firewall service and disabled firewall

And voila !!!

Connexion to comserver is back !!!
