Dear, We found exactly the same problem with OTMS v2.5 wizard doen t launch. please did yu found the solution for that ? Regards in our case we found that otms core was not getting install due to DNS which was not managed , after managing DNS we could able to install core along with boot dvd and af...

in our case we found that otms core was not getting install due to DNS which was not managed , after managing DNS we could able to install core along with boot dvd and after successful installation post instillation wizard came up.

Pls let us know if you had achieved launching post installation wizard after the OTMS installation through ESXi VM . If yes let us know how as we are also struck , we could able to log in via console after the installation but post installation wizard is not coming up.

Hi all, We could not filled the post installation parameters in a OTMS We have installed OTMS 2.2.017.009 through ESXI VM . We can connect through SSH connection and also through console but in order to start post installation of OTMS we are not able to get the post instillation wizard. Anybody know...

we do not have any attendant group in this customer site .
In public numbering plan , the subscriber list is missing . I have informed our engineer to visit the site to configure the same . will update the result once this is done.

AHL interface between oxe R11.0 and smartel viz TCP have some connection issue . Every time we reset oxe through bascul ,the link gets connected but after few hours its gets blocked .
I have attached smartel console screen shot for your reference . Kindly help to sort out the issue .
