During boot, from step 2, press i # sequence to enter the local menu.
From there you can get into the menu ot change to noe mode

Suspect you may have a failing hard disk, I would backup the database as a precaution and plan to replace the drive.

Check that console B has an individual attendant prefix and manual add a phone book entry for that prefix. You should find one for console A which you can use as a reference.

Looking at your error log I would suggest your problems are with your SIP management on the OXE.
Try managing it without authentication to begin with.

You must put an entry in option 67 too (any text) or the phone does not get a vlan DHCP offer.
