Re: CLi-6450
The switch uses the standard settings of Putty (i.e.9600 baud, 8, n, 1). It could be your usb-serial adapter, I have seen it on costumer site that some adapters do not work correctly with the Alcatel Switches. In that case you have to use a different adapter.

Re: No STUN Server entry in Gateway Parameters?
Thank you for your reply. So I take it that the OXO simply does not support the use of a STUN Server. I know that a SBC is the preferred (and recommended) solution, but not every costumer can be convinced to buy one, especially if a rival company tells the costumer that it is not needed (And SBCs ar...

Re: Additional Screen when Transferring Call
Are you on OXO or OXE? On OXO there is a change in the phone book since Rel.10. To get the old behavior on the phones you have to start typing a name and then press "Options" and then change to "local" and press OK. After that, this phone will use call by name as before. This has...

No STUN Server entry in Gateway Parameters?
Hello all, I had to test the connection of the OXO Connect with R200/032.001 with a local SIP Provider named "epcan" for a costumer. I was able to establish a connection and all seems to be working, but one thing gives me pause. The provider gave me an address for a STUN-Server, but I have...

Re: Crystal GW vs IP Media Gateway
Also you have to use Chrystal HW in specific cases, e.g. when you need a DECT Infrastructure which goes beyond 255 Base Stations or you need more than 6 channels per station. In that case you have to use RBS, which is only possible in Chrystal HW. It really depends on the requirements of the costume...

Re: Hunt Group Name Dial
OK, I've just checked with my test system, I have the same. If you manually create a phone book entry it works. Just create the number in the phone book with alias 0 and it should work.

Re: Hunt Group Name Dial
The Hunt group name should be automatically available through call by name as soon as you set it. Are you on OXO or OXE?

Re: shelf name
I'm quite sure that there is no command that can do that. The only way I know to see the shelf names is in MGR - Shelf - Review/Modify.
You could use a 8770 to look at all the shelfes, the names should be displayed there.

Re: CLIP SIP TRUNK
In the main OXO you have to add an entry into the Automatic Route Selection Prefix. It consists of the following: Netw. publ, prefix is the installation number of the trunk, Range 200-299 no substitiution and that with the IP-Trunk declared in the ARS. That should do the trick. I have it working tha...

Re: OS6350 Stacking
I don't think that it will take that long, since the stacking cables are already in the new WPL.
