I installed on esx VM with changing ethernet MAC address as same as our customer's server to use their license. I have only one customer using MTW and i did it for have a lab in office to answering their sevice requests remotely. It works fine but as i said it's only for lab. No idea how it is work ...

Editing Calendar Appointments Email Format

Hi all, I edit invitation email format with changing dictionary.txt file which is in translation zip file. I want to show the code of conference in email. I entered *code* in the text file then i saw code as well in invitation e-mail, but in the calendar appointments email it's not. How can i fix it...

Server is running on windows server 2003
CCS is running on XP and Server 2003. When i get this error, i install CCS two different PCs and both are same.
Also i restarted PBX and Outbound server

PS: system worked properly till i get this error

CCS-CCO problem

Hi all, Have a problem about CCS with CCoutbound. When i open the campaign management an error occoured, and i can't see the calling lists, and i can't start campaigns as well. Hello again!

I installed the server again and it's working properly but there is a little problem again with statistics. The campaign statistics are empty, no records on the report. But Agent per campaign statistics are ok. Do i have to change something?

I guess, i did something wrong during installation. Some of the tables of DB are missing. I'll re-install the server. Thanks anyway!

CCO Statistics

Hello, I setup CCO to a customer. Everything works well about CCO but when i want to get reports of campaign from CCS, i can not see the campaings. When i go to Statististics -> Excel -> Campaign a warning appears 'no available object(s)' and available campaigns area is empty . What would be wrong?
