RMA board resetting the password to the default

i have RMA board which the password was changed and forgotten.
do any one know and can help on explaining how to reset the RMA password to default.

i believe there is a root password for the RMA board?

Outbound contact list builder

I have installed OCLB in Windows7 and when running the application, the windows doesn't show the destination file generation. i have enlarged the window but still the windows is not enlarged enough to show the destination file generation.

any one encountered this and solved it?

you need to use the ticket extractor and then build your own script to inject these information into teh database.

or use a ready application developed by Alcatel_lucent PS called ticket extractor for this purpose.

Ticket extractor needs a licensce called CRI in teh OXE
