Downgrade firmware IP Touch

Hello all!


I just want to know if the IP Touch 8028 is able for a downgrade of the firmware.Or depends this on the software/firmware?


Background: We need for testing purposes different setups of those phones with different firmware versions.

Hello

I have the Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise R9 where the users have to log in on the phones to call. I need to remotely unlog the users from a phone. How can I do it?
