Config iptouch via telnet

Hi, i need to configure the 802.1x parameters from IP-Touch via telnet. The only config i could find was IP.
I search in the forum and also in the TKB, i try with the help command in the telnet connection but didn't find the way to config.

I have access to ABPS, but the technical knowledge base is in maintenance. And searching it, couln't find anything.
I will keep looking. Do you know how timers 252 and 253 works? That the last thing i need to keep looking the right config.

Yes, i am using it with genesys outbound.
For example, in 20 test calls, in only 7 voice are detected; sometimes answer machines are detected as voice, or some calls from voice mail get to the agents.
