Thanks tgn and oldboy. I can now connect remotely to these MG's with both of these commands. It's just a bit strange that I can use normal telnet to connect to 2 of my MG's and I can't with another 2 MG's. One more question. What is the command I should use once I have remotely connected to these MG...

I spoke to Alcatel on this. It is the systems limit so you cannot have more then 50 x 3 minute voicemails. I ended up forwarding the calls to an external voicemail provider who will notify the user when a recording is made and they can play the wav file of the recording.

Thanks, tgn. I don't think that is an option for me at the moment as we are currently in a hybird state of exchange and in the proccess of migrating to O365.

The ACD and CCD menus seem to deal with the call after the caller has selected the option. I need to find out the number of callers in and which option they choosed on a daily / weekly basis.
