I need someone to remote in and help get SIP so we can use conference IP phones.

LOL, I have no documentation and our paid support takes days to get back to us, so I was trying to figure it out on my own.

Ok, I am just learning the mgr, so what menu item do I choose to get to delete the mac address?

How do I do it in mgr?
