Read about AHL and Hotel features in a system documentation.
Usially hotel tickets are sent on AHL. It should be configured on Applications/Hotel/Computer Link what to send.

In the t3 trace of the OXE we can see that the ISDN-SIP-Gateway disconnects the call after 3 or 4 seconds because there is no call process message sent by the OXE. Disconnection cause is "timer expired" It's timer T303 expiring. There should be a possibility to increase it in ISDN-SIP configuration.

Don't think it's system language. It's language assigned to the guest on check-in.

Take a break for half an hour, sit down and read carefully the CCD docs. Learn about pilots, queues and agent groups, also rules and schedules.
Open CCS and check whether your call distribution goes to AG you mentioned - according t rules and schedules.

Hmm... Could it be the language, I mean, this caller speaks British English? So it would be easier for room service to speak to the guest?

So you are on Release 12.
Even It's called DNS configuration but actually it's not DNS client support. It is used only for spatial duplication configuration when you have two CS in different LANs.

You need to configure Carrier parameters in Accounting first,
