Re: Statistic Manager don't connect

What SW release is your PBX running and what SW package of the Statistic Manager are you using? Have you got the license active on the PBX? You can install the application, but if you don't have the license, it won't work. Go to Hardware & Limits > Software Key Features > System Features > check if ...

Re: Block Incoming call

Hi Kapil_4596, It's possible to block the call on a provider level, or use Smart Call Routing to reroute the number to a message or disconnect the call. Smart Call Routing is a licensed feature on OXO, so I'd think you better contact your Alcatel partner/integrator. If you already have the license, ...

Re: Factory reset 8039 Deskphone

Hi Shijad, Can you specify your question? What are you trying to do exactly? Because the phone itself goes to factory default if you disconnect it (as it is a digital phone). The 8039 receives its bootfiles from the PBX. So every time you reconnect it to the system, the configuration of that port wi...

Re: System Software Key Duration

Hi Chase, This is the duration of your 'Software Agreement'. When buying the system, you also bought 'Software Agreement,' which gives you the right for ALE Support and Minor and Major updates during that period. This support and updates will be provided through your Alcatel partner. If you do not r...

Re: Upgrade path OXO

You can re-use some of it's hardware and pretend it's an upgrade, but previous acquired licenses like MLAA, ACD, etc. will be gone if you quote it in Actis (Alcatel quoting tool). If you buy all these licenses with the upgrade, the end users will never now it's a new system and not an upgrade, but i...

Re: Upgrade path OXO

Hi Xamuko, R6 is already a long time 'end of support...' However, you can still update your Oxo to a newer (minor update) firmware: R 610/052.001 Maybe this could solve your issues. Just upload the firmware and reset the PBX by your OMC application. There are no more possibilities to upgrade your PB...

Re: 8018 phone audio problem in Connect 2.X

Hi Euti, Did you connect the 8018 phones NOE IP or SIP to your telephone system? Following to that (if connected by SIP); PBX is configured for SIP or H.323? The Extended report (XR) blocks are TCP packets being used by many applications, and often by voice applications that use RTP and RTCP. These ...

Re: 8018 phone audio problem in Connect 2.X

Which release are you running on the OXO? Only R2.2 supports 8018 (also see release note: TC2308).
Can you add the traces?

Good luck !

Re: OmniPCX OMC - Questions on checking license utilisation and provisioning new IP phones

Hi Mulgar, 1. You can register more IP phones than licensed. However, you can only physically activate the number of IP Phones which is licensed. 2. The licensing in OXO works FIFO. For example: if you have 50 licenses you can really activate 50 phones, the 51st wil not connect untill you deactivate...

Re: PRAT2 configuration

Hi Xamuko, U r welcome. If you have multiple E1 and want to use them cascaded, they must be configured in the same trunk group in order to work simultaneously and parallel. There's only one way to be sure if the calls are also going over your second E1: test it ! You can quickly disable the other E1...
