Maximum Number of Automated Attendant Access
Hi guys We have a customer with about 30 PCS controlled from a central node. Initially only one site has Automated Attendant but now all the sites require it. The problem is that on the Automated Attendant Access creation, it can have only 8 access. Does this mean that out of 30 sites, only 8 can ha...

Re: Thales Box and OXE
Thanks Frank.
If we convert the 5 Nodes now to 1 Node with 4 PCS. Can we still put a SSM/MSM in front of the Media Gateways. I am raising this since the cost of ABC-F may be more than converting these nodes to PCS. But I am just checking, not really sure.

Re: OXE and OXO Network
Thanks a lot guys.
Would there be some document that list the features available for the following configuration.
1. OXE and OXO link using the E1
2. OXE and OXO using SIP
3. OXE and OXO using H323
Also I have never worked on OXO.

Re: Thales Box and OXE
Hi tot3nkopf Currently, the OXEs are not connected to each other. We are thinking of upgrading all to r11.1 and then do VoIP between them. Once this is done, then i think the Thales will come in. But not sure, whether Thales is the right thing for the encryption. The E1 is transported over copper. 1...

Thales Box and OXE
Guys, we have a customer with 5 OXEs, in a standalone environment. Please if you can shed some light on this. They need their calls between the sites to be encrypted. Should link these 5 OXEs using ABC-F and put in a Thales Box in front of each of the OXE. Would this be correct. Also can Thales box ...

OXE and OXO Network
Guys, we have customers with OXEs with PCS setup and managed by the OV8770. Is it possible for us to connect OXO in the same network using SIP Trunks or ABC-F and at the same time manage from the same OV8770 with additional licenses if need be. Also does OXO support ABC-F with OXE or it has to be H3...
