In case we connect to gd w/ com port can we reset or reboot it? do have any idea what is the reason or cause of this issues?
and also is there any log history for pabx?

Thanks for the info. on Q. 3. maybe i need to enable voip traffic on my firewall so let's assume that its one of the issue.
