Hi,
now i am designing Hotel solution that contains OXE system, guestroom bedside phone is 8008 and 8018 as IP phone (NOE), however i need your experience if they can be work as guest IP phone with using NOE.

The CCAgent is a CTI Software for use of agents, since normal CTI-Software can't control a CCD-Agent. The CCAgent also allows to change the status of an agent. OK, what about the CCA Softphone agents, is it the same as IP Agent Softphone or both should be combine?
