configuring 8018 and 8008 with IP lic as guest set with OXE

Hi,

now i am designing Hotel solution that contains OXE system, guestroom bedside phone is 8008 and 8018 as IP phone (NOE), however i need your experience if they can be work as guest IP phone with using NOE.

OK, what about the CCA Softphone agents, is it the same as IP Agent Softphone or both should be combine?

if i choose CCA Softphone agents license, does it work as phone set for the agents or i should opt IP Agent Softphone to enable OTCC SE agents do their call replies?
