I would just like to know if there is a resolve to the 8001 and 8012 series of phone showing the PBX main IP address and not the extension number when calling.

Hi All
is there a way to block a specific number that is calling a specific DDI on the system ?
I know this can be done if the ACD software is installed via the smart call routing, but is there a way to do it if the ACD software is not installed.
