Strange. For OXO (i have doc for OXO 8.1) was written for 4029/4039 (feature) - Full duplex hands-free - Yes. Do you test in TDM environment or VoIP? It is complete TDM environement... customer moved from legacy Nortel system to OXO Connect... Their cabling is old so cannot move to IP and OXO is up...

ACTIS give an option to deactivate OV8770 under Applications > OmniVista8770 > 8770 Options... There is a check box, if you check it, OV8770 will be deactivate and no upgrade will be provisioned...

If you dont see this option, upgrade your ACTIS

Sorry guys, was out of touch for long time...my issue was resolved by my Firewall engineer... communication between VPN subnet and PBX subnet was alllowed but required TCP ports and tftp was blocked

IP Desktop Softphone over VPN

Hi

I am trying to register my IP Desktop Softphone (on Windows 10) latest version to my office OXO Connect (R3.2). it works well over LAN/WLAN but does not connect through VPN. We are using Fortinet Firewall VPN Client.

Any suggestions?
