Thanks Will try to locate Dialled number. If there is a way to locate it let me know as I am a Cisco Voice Engineer just starting with Alcatel system and finding hard to get any material help on alcatel at all.

Voicemail messages not playing back from outlook to IP touch phones

Have Alcatel system when someone leave a voicemail it send the VM as an outlook email attachment. User get 2 options either to play VM on PC from email which works fine but when chosen the 2nd option (as not all users have head phone to listen the messages privately) to play the VM on IP touch Phone...
