wrong timezone with Outlook Plugin

Hello, I have a problem with our Outlook plugin we are using with Citrix. OTMS is 2.1.1 - 10.0.000.052 Outlook Plugin is 2.10.9 When creating a new conference with Outlook in a Citrix session the timezone is always UTC+02:00 Athen. But it should be UTC+01:00 Berlin. The timezone Berlin is everywhere...

Re: License error "unexpected event"

Hello, We don't use SSH. It was a new installation of 8770 R2.6.05.01 on Windows 2012 R2 english version. The old 8770 had another version, IP and FQDN and is offline since the new installation. ALU still has no clue and me neither. We had a remote session yesterday for about 4 hours. Here is what I...

Re: License error "unexpected event"

well, I'm also worried about the file "4670_lock_omnivista.company.local", which was created on OXE in "/usr4/tmp/ov4760/uc/" right after starting 8770 services again.

I guess it has s.th. to do with it.

Re: License error "unexpected event"

Yes, I can do everything. Synchonisation, backup, alarms, everything is working fine. I can connect via ftp with adfexc user and also have access on this directory with it. there I can create and delete files, just as supposed. I can make updates from this server via PC Installer, can also connect v...

Re: License error "unexpected event"

Re: License error "unexpected event"

Hello joao.carlos, Thank You very much, but ALU support already told me and I tried several times. The only thing that happens is, that the counter for unexpected events will be set so 0 again, but increases on next day. I'm sorry, but that didn't solve the problem. Or shall I combine this procedure...

Re: License error "unexpected event"

Hello, thanks for Your help. I've done so, but unfortunately it didn't change anything. Still an empty "4760_lock_"FQDN 8770"" and an empty "PreventFile.lic" on OXE and logs, that tell me unexpected events and that the 8770 is not registered while it should be. I can pr...

Re: simultaneous conference calls less then Audio Port license

Hello, now our service partner gave us other licences and those are working fine. The license page of OTMS doesn't show the real licenses. I guess it's a relic of the old teamwork. You will need the license "ACS_BConf" for multi conferences via OTMS. Thanks for helping and have nice day. k...
