Re: How to move analog extension to another PBX shelf..?
If you have access to the OXE via cli or 4760/8770, change the shelf, board and circuit numbers from the extension to 255. Connect the set to the new position and give the extension number and secret code to move the extension to the new hardware address. Or directly configure the new address for th...

Re: Showing Wrong number when do the outside call !!!!
Do you use 8 digitale extensies, like 44451555? Or do you need to stip the first couple of digits? Check your option 'no of digits unused' in the trunk group settings, check your npd and did translator. It should be one of these settings. The call arrives at the pbx, it only fails to reach the corre...

Not really sure, but perhaps you have to perform a pcscopy before the changes are taken into account.

Re: Speed Dialing by single Number
Check your numbering plan to see if the 2 and 3 are already used for something else.
It's not possible to create for instance extension 234 and a speed dial number 2

Re: announce on basic features activation
You can create a prefix to disable voice guide listening on a set.
Keep in mind that the user will not hear ANY of the voice guides anymore after dialing this prefix.

Re: ipTouch phone connect: network home an office
How did you setup the VPN tunnel? From PC or directly from your router? The ip phone will never work if you set it up from the PC. If your router opened the VPN tunnel, you have to change the ip config of your phone to match you internal network, 192.168.78.x for the phone with 192.168.178.1 as defa...

Re: Some license locks will soon be exceeded
For the License of the ov4760 to remain valid, the ov4760 has to make contact to the declaration node (OXE) at least once every 31 days.
According to the error message, the ov4760 wasn't able to connect to this OXE for quite some time.
You need to make sure the ov4760 is able to connect to the OXE.

Re: Show Incomming call ID before pick up the phone set on 4
Showing the number of the caller is a basic function of the OmniDesktop 4059.....
So if you configured it correctly, you should see the callers ID and the internal/entity number that he dialed.
Do you have number display on the IPTouch sets before they answer?

Re: Problem in mtcl ->Password and swinst ->Password
You could change the passwords if you know the root password, with 'passwd mtcl/swinst'.
Or stop the telephony on B callserver and make a mastercopy.
If that doesn't help, reinstall the software and then perform the mastercopy.
