Re: Transferrings to 8001G

Hi everybody,

We solved the problem deleting the extension in the PABX and create another as the same. It worked here and could transfer calls normally.

Thank you all that tried to help me. God bless you.

Best regards.

Re: Transferrings to 8001G

It's all released. I have tested the transferring to the set and realise that seems like other sets can not transferr to it. Let's pretend there are 2 sets: 100 and 101 (this one is the 8001 having problem). The 100 receive a call then call to 101, 101 answer, 100 transfer the call, but 101 still &q...

Hi,

have you turned off/stopped the WinDefender? Antivirus? Firewall? These thing use to prevent the execution of some software like IpDeskphone, Pimphony, etc.

who said this? depends on your configuration and your licenses it may be G711, G723 or G729.
Oh, sorry. Here we use just G729_20 in our OXE clients.

Re: Voip OXO - OXE "No commom codec"

H323, SIP, traces? We're using SIP. I did the trace in .pcap format and the unleashed doesn't accept this format to attach here is the link to dowload the latest trace i did, if you want. In the 2 first packets It was using G711_20 as a test. The next 2 was G729_30. The remaining are using G729_20.

Re: Statistic Manager don't connect

I have oppened a service quest on Alcatel support to solve this, but they don't support old releases anymore.

Now we're thinking about update the client's pbx. We'll find out a way to solve this.

Thank you all that tried to help me!
