Already tried this and was able to save one in 50 phones. This doesn't work if kernal is already latest.

There is no solution. POE injector works for a few but otherwise these phones are dead. Alcatel has no solution.

These are dead zombies. no solution.
PoE injectors could save about 2% of these phones.

Tried the POE injector and was able to save some phones but still quite a lot not working!

8001 is a messed up phone. Strange issues and now phones dying. I officially consider this model to be a failure.

This is not a display issue. Its 8001 dying.

I have two types of dead phones:
1- Phone stuck on initializing
2- Phone turns on with lights ON of speaker, voicemail and nothing on display
