Hi, you can setup the NTP server on the PBX side in "System Miscellaneous/Set PCX Date... Note that this menu is only visible when you are online with the PBX

Yes, you can choose in 8262 alarm settings, for man down, to call an internal or external nb. By default the call is launched after 30 seconds

If the password is incorrect you will get a "...wrong password" error message. Check your PC network parameters and use a recent OMC or at least one matching the same release date as the SW installed on the PBX. Then go to "System Miscellaneous/System Reset" an make a cold reset ...

You normally have 4 "Pick Up" entries in the "Internal Numbering Pan" list. The one with base 3 is the one used for "Grp.Call" pickup. You can add a line or modify the Start/End values.

In the OMC tool go to Numbering/Public numbering plan and for a subscriber edit the Start/End fields xDigits public nb. range. You probably need to contact a certified Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise business partner. The Premium Deskphones 80x8s firmwares are automatically updated by installing a new minor/major SW release on the PBX. A manual update of the set is also possible but you need an ALE BP Portal access.
