in the price list, the description is the same as description in my quotation ( the short one ).

I download the price list from BPWS. Maybe I should fond another pricelist that has a long description.

you need another type of license in order to use IP softphone...IP Desktop Softphone

so to use IP softphone you need : IP user license + IP Desktop softphone
