Is there any way so that we can enable network Time protocol in alcatel.

If some body knows please help

NO I am sure that this problem is not because of S.P as I have more than 6 Alcatel 4400 at diff location and all of them facing the same problem after upgrading with the version 7

Can i get the traffic report in alcatel, I mean to say is there any file in Alcatel where i do get inofrmation, that how many calls came on any particuler trunk group at any particuler time. Like traffic report in Avaya.

When i am genrating the all call logs from my call accounting software it is showing the data od outgoing call only.not the incoming call.can you please update.......
