I reached to configure with another command abled to configure without root permissions.

The command was: mirror set lan
Previusly i was triying with: switchcfg mirror pc lan

When i changed this parameter from 0 to 1, and so AVAYA called me to my OXE phone, i just see in my phone the text "Incoming call" but nothing about number or name.

Do you think that i need change some parameter more?

Check system documentation, it' s pretty straightforward. System language (set in a system) is just a pointer to a couple of other settings - display language, vg language.
