Well Guys Looks like nobody was able to help here. After a good fight and looking through Alcatels Knowlege base . Here is the solution : 1. Make backup of all 4645 data on CS. 2. Load 4645 CS with new SW. 3. Run netadmin on 4645 CS. 4. Create EVA_ONLY in /usr3/mao 5. Start main CS. 6. Restore 4645 ...

Hey VAD, no there is no duplicated CPU , I have only one CPU onsite , we switched CPU´s and using the same HDD , and for now it is working fine .
I think It´s a problem on the Board .
