MP-1xx transfer
Hi I have gone through Audicodes interop documentation to find if SIP call transfer is supported. It seems attendant transfer is supporter and not blind transfer? I have an analog as “SIP External” connected to the MP-112 box. How is the configuration done? How do the user transfer? Is it based on H...

Re: Lync 2010 Dial-In with OXE 9.1
Hi The strange thing is that basic sip call to a Lync user works. In the dialog there is an update of the SDP information from PBX with Invite. The same signaling SDP/Invite update is done when the call fails to Dial-In functionality in Lync. I have changed Re-Invite method in OXE SIP settings to Up...

Lync 2010 Dial-In with OXE 9.1
Hi Have anyone succeed with direct SIP connection OXE 9.1 to the Dial-In feature of Lync? I have changed Lync trunk setting RTCP, REFER, Media-Bypass and Centralized to False. The session timer in Lync is True. This should sort out the RTCP problem after 30 seconds. Still I´m facing with a session p...

Re: COMMUNICATION BETWEEN PRINTER AND OFS
Hi. You need to setup the printer on the local Red Hat for the Fax server. The printer manufacture should have Linux drivers for this. Then you pinpoint the printer with a DNS name. So you need to put all the printers in the local DNS. When you have configured the printer in Red Hat, you can try to ...

Hi ping time on Management
Hi. We have had multiply problem with BiCS installation 2.21 and 2.1. The problem seems to be in the Management. We have followed all the TC regarding BiCS to increase performances. I notice the other day that ping time for Management is going up and down from 20 ms to 400-800ms. Even if the CPU loa...

Re: Change disk and synchronization
I have had 3 systems with orange led on the right disk. This is caused by synchronization error with the Raid control card. Try to download Radi control update and hard drive update. Hard drive update solved my problems and we are about to do this on all BiCS systems with X3250 M2 and M3. The new ve...

Re: windows 7 and R9 technical document
Hi. I have W7 and 64 bit with Microsoft Security Essentials. I have tried to stop the firewall and there is nothing to remove in the Hostfile as 127.0.0.1 because there is # in front.
Anyone succeed to get it working?
