Good Day i have OXE R.9 and a NICE PERFORM III, in the bussiness partner says that works with TSAPI 6,3 but there's no extra info on configuration procedure, i have iptouch 4018, 28 and 68 all of this works great with the NICE but the softphone doesn't, NICE says the softphone should send the packet...
