Re: ACW after internal call

Hi, yes we are doing a supervised transfer to this RSI or it's more a enquiry call to this RSI. Agent 1 is in conversation with an external call and needs help on some topics, so he calls the internal number of the RSI and talks to another agent (Agent 2). After the call Agent 2 is seen as ready on ...

Re: ACW after internal call

Ok so you see no possibility to change the classification of the calls in the OXE? Because the Genesys Support says they can't change it.

Re: ACW after internal call

Hi, we have already some information from the genesys support. But it seems that the pbx classifies the call as work call. For dn 9500401 the released for consult call with connid 007002787f6af361 comes with BusinessCall 2, which means the switch has classed it as a work call and in which case there...

ACW after internal call

Hi, we are facing an issue with the ACW after an internal call to the RSI. In the CCpulse and in the voice-client the agent status is ACW but on the phone the agent is ready. We have now seen in the logs that internal calls to the RSI are classified as "businesscall 2" and external calls to the RSI ...

Re: GVP Transfer

Hi,

thank you very much for your help but in the meantime the ALU support resolved the problem. We deactivated the enhanced codec negotiation. System=>Other System Parameters=>SIP Parameters

Re: GVP Transfer

Hi,

in fact it was the Auto DTMF dialing of the default SIP-Trunk-Group. Now the enquiry call and transfer works but if the agent comes back to the caller we have no audio between agent and caller. Any ideas? The support team now says the GVP doesn't handle the transfer correct.

GVP Transfer

Hi, we have the following problem: - GVP connected via SIP-Trunk to an OXE with RSI-Callcenter (Genesys) - Incoming calls via ISDN-T2-Trunk to the IVR-Part of GVP (via RSI) - After that the GVP connects the caller to an agent - Agent can answer the call and talk to the caller - Now the problems begi...

Extended Absent Message

Hi, can we disable the system prompt after an extended absence greeting message (the one which offers the caller the possibility to reach another mailbox)? We have already enabled the option "Extended absence greeting blocks message" and also set the caller prompting to 3 but without success. We onl...

Re: Channel Selection

Hi,

thanks for your reply. But the parameters you mentioned did not change anything on the b-channel selection...maybe we can't change this

Channel Selection

Hi,

i have a T0-Trunk-Group with 2 trunks. Is there a way to manage that the trunks (or better the b-channels of the trunks) are used cyclical or sequential?
