Re: Dynamic vlan assignment possible via AD?

Have you activated at your client 802.1x-auth. Did it use the correct cretentials for AD - was there a pop-up to put in them?
in which UNP and Vlan are your clients after login:
show unp user
and other troubleshooting commands.....

Re: change from VC mode to standalone mode

normaly there is no need to go to standalone mode. This means port naminig like 1/1 instead of 1/1/1. But with actual switches there is no other benefit. But you can do it by deleting both vc-files and creating an empty boot.cfg within working ... and reload from there. I prefere to keep in vc-mode ...

Re: Can't boot 6850

to not stop at miniboot you have to change the bootflag back to 0x0. If than the switch is not loading the AOS-image from certified the image at the flash is missing or corrupt. You have than to go to miniboot again. There you have the possibility to make a recovery. Depending from your hardware and...

Re: Location of DHCP-Lease-File

Hi,
All the dhcp-files are within /flash/switch-folder. Look into the dhcpbind-file. You can delete this.

Re: Dynamic vlan assignment possible via AD?

maybe your common key to the Radius is too long. Please, make your test with an easy key.
I have seen limitations at microsoft side...
Also, like devnull is writing, for the test command PAP is necessary. You can check the reason for the issue in diagnostics at the server.

Re: Redudancy between OS6900-x20 and HP switch 5510

You can use all supported higher protocolls to set up redundancy f.e. STP, VRRP and OSPF.
