per default there are also a trap is the poe device is coming up. But the severity of this trap is per default "normal". For poe down is it warning. But you can change it in omnivista.

Re: CLI Script to enable SNMP link traps

you need some knowledge about javascript. For understanding there are some build-in scripts in omnivista. Maybe them will help you to understand.

Re: What does this trap mean? pethpseportonoffnotification

Pse Power Sourcing Equipment - means poe-end-device.
So in your case the poe-device (ip-phone or accesspoint) attached to port 1/2 was powered down .

Re: Application Visibility

Can you try to install a new OV (since today there is build92 for 4.2.2) instead of update. Otherwise you should open a SR.

Re: Application Visibility

Hi, what is the release at your switch(es) and in OV? For the actual releases (since more than one year) there is no need of any license. OV 4.2.1 hasn't this license (actual there is 4.2.2). Re: Stack switches showing unpowered

Make a reload with the whole stack. Also it is a good idea to make an update to the newest release - maybe this is a known issue.
if you would like to know the reason of this issue than you have to open a ticket at Alcatel (and you have to give a lot more informations).

Re: VRRP requirements

Hi,
for vrrp you need both switches in same vlans (per vrrp instance) at both sites (tagged or untagged). It is not important how is the connection.
