Yes, I had it on 6.7.2.122.R08. Might need to push it up to the Maintenance release 6.7.2.160.

Its all OK after a reboot, but goes back to that state after awhile.

We do have an OS6450 stack on one of our Customer's site that's facing the mentioned problem. Everything is working as normal but the Primary chassis is showing 0% memory utilization. What can cause this?

Everything checked out alright but the link is still down when macsec is enabled. I will try an issue proper licenses as I was using the training licenses, but I don't see any issue with it.

Check if they are assigned to any ports and those ports are active. It will be tricky if they are assigned to trunk ports and that port is active, then you will check the network device that is connected to that trunk port to see if that vlan is in use. If you have an NMS 2500, it will list the Vlan...
