I don't know if it is the same but one time I find the same issue in a hotel.
The rooms called always are 1111, 1211, 1112... low numeration
The problem was another extension wich have a bad wiring. Makes contact and dials.

To find it we put a digital phone, and we wait the call registration.

Hi,

It seems that you have the PCS IP configured as “Backup IP address” in a domain. Try to delete this IP on the domain and then delete the PCS.
