Problems on MIPT310's

Hi folks

I have a site with 15 MIPT310's and I'm getting a lot of issues on their receivers, i.e., the user cannot hear on the earpiece but the speaker is fine, so WLAN connectivity is not the issue. I've logged SR after SR but Alcatel can only suggest replacement of the units. I've replaced 5 of them to date which is 33% of the units. Not great for customer confidence.

Has anyone else come across this problem and if so, are there any other resolutions besides replacement.
