MDA experienced XPL errors

Hello all.

This is my first post..

I have a little problem with our ESS 7450. We use TiMOS-C-6.0.R9.

Here is the alarm..

6763 2009/12/03 11:05:17.83 WIB MINOR: CHASSIS #2058 Base
"MDA 1/2 experienced XPL errors."

This error occur every 2 minutes.
I try to re-seat the MDA and even replace with the new one, but this error still popping up.

Please advice me about this problem.

I just wanted to let you know that I have no clue about the SR/ESS products so that you don't wait for a response for too long.

I would recommend to contact the Alcatel-Lucent support.
