log-id 99 & 100 errors

Is there any documentation on the log messages generated in log-id 99 and 100?
I have an frequent occuring error-message in my 7450 ESS.

My setup is two redundant 7450 ESS with sharing subscriber info.

The error message that keeps popping up is:
9055 2009/01/14 13:06:57.74 CET CRITICAL: LOGGER #2002 Base A:SUBMGR:UNUSUAL_ERROR
"sbmSpoofLeaseTime: leaseSplit == 0"

I suggest you open a SR with Alcatel-Lucent. I have no idea what that means ... Sorry
