OC48 not going up

Hi,

I've got an issue bringing an OC48 link up between two 7750 equipped with iom2-20g + m2-oc48-sfp.
The config of each port is as follows:

Any clue about what the issue could be ? The "Rx Trace String" is mentioning remote device type.
Some of you might tell me "there's a loop somewhere" but it has already been checked; none found,
software or hardware.

Realized just a few minutes after this post that I had not created any router interface for this physical port... PPP negociation wouldn't complete without an IP on both ends !
