I'm running the OmniVista 4760 with the 4735 Voicemail system. In the contact Centre on one of my sites they want the voicemail to be able to handle 200 x 3minute messages. I know the limit on the 4735 Voicemail system is 50 x 3minute messages. Is there an expansion card that I could put into the OmniPCX media gateway that is on this site that could provide the additional voicemail messages for this 1 number?
I had thought that if this was not possible, then I could get some form of answering machine and then set it as an analogue extension so the messages would get redirected there.
Any other ideas on how to do this would be great.

looks like the same limitation in 4645. we solved it with the imap license and an automatic polling of the voice-emails. all voicemails are now in the m$ exchange mailbox.

Thanks, tgn. I don't think that is an option for me at the moment as we are currently in a hybird state of exchange and in the proccess of migrating to O365.

I spoke to Alcatel on this. It is the systems limit so you cannot have more then 50 x 3 minute voicemails. I ended up forwarding the calls to an external voicemail provider who will notify the user when a recording is made and they can play the wav file of the recording.
