Analog phone programmable key RBT delay

OXE release 11.1

I have configured the programmable key in the cetis analog phones

KEY no : 1 ------0 (which is working good)
KEY no : 2 ------2000(Which is taking time to reach the extension)
when you press the key after emitting all the digits only rbt to internal extension is going but this is not for "0"

Any suggestion

2000- Hunt group
0 --- network no

KEY no : 1 ------0 (which is working good) - no RBT?
But if you dial 0 (not from programmed key) - do you have RBT (as I understand you have problem with RBT?)?
if you dial 0 from digital set?

may be you have problem with 0 - make trace when dialled 0.
