DHCP question

Hello,

I have a customer with a alcatel PBX. They use OXO for configuration.

This PBX only lease DHCP to phones. If they install a computer or other phone equipment, the alcatel DHCP server not send ip to this laptop or equipment.

They install a polycom solution, and not recive a ip from dhcp. The DHCP from alcatel have any restriction?

No...there are some extra parameters but your polycom should avoid them.
Do a port sniffer at polycom side and check that DHCP request is actually happening
