Moved phone not working

Hi.

I'm new to this Alcatel systems, and have a situation that hope someone can point me in the right direction.

I've moved two digital Alcatel phones (4017 and 4003) extensions from one room to another and corrected the routing cables in the cables box.
I also move two analog extensions.

The analog extensions are working correctly but not the digital ones:
- When I connect the phones to the line the buttons light up and can hear three beeps (not all the same tone) and the third is only heard after a few seconds.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Note: at present I don't have access to the model of the Alcatel PBX system.

without knowing the alcatel pbx model, it's going to be extremely hard.
were the new room already connected to the system or no ?
