Have you talked to your provider? Maybe it is not the pbx but the pstn

Was some info about such problem (No RBT and silence) - try the last patch. Open request with ALU support if problem will still exist.

After upgrade to latest patch 11.1 l1301.39A still the same issue

After rectification from the service provider end issue got resolved
