Cannot Access OmniPCX Office Management Console

i can access my Alacatel Lucent normally through OMC from one of my computers(Windows7), but when tried to access it from another one also using Widnows 7 i am getting an error saying HTTPS [login.4] - Soap login error - Error Code

Kindly assist to sort out this issue.

Check the time, check IP of your pc to be in the same subnet with OXO, close any firewall that you might have and if nothing works do Windows 10 TCP/IP Reset.

The time is correct and i can ping the PBX, i also disable the firewall and did reset of the network settings but unfortunately nothing worked as i am still getting the same error.

Any Other Ideas?

What TTL do you get 64 or something else?

well.. i am getting the UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME error and i was attempting to fix the boot sector using the recovery console... but i cant get to it.
