Hi all,
We are connecting our alcatel oxo with AVAYA IP office via sip trunking.
Configured in ARS & the gateways is reachable. From Avaya the incoming is working fine.
But from OXO when we make outgoing calls to avaya, the extension rings and disconnects immedately once it's answered.
All the codec has been selected in the VOIP CODEC settings.
OXO ip is 192.168.0.20
Avaya is 192.168.25.10
attached Wireshark of OXO outgoing & AVAYA INCOMING.
any help will be much appreciated.

It's not a codec problem.
In OXO->Avaya case you see that "200 OK" from Avaya is not ACKnowledged by OXO, so Avaya repeats it two more times, and quits.

Re: OXO SIP TRUNK to AVAYA IP OFFICE
Hi Alex,
Thanks for the Reply.
I have configured ARS & Gateway parameters in the OXO for AVAYA PBX. I don't know why the OXO is not acknowledging AVAYA 200 OK SIp messages .
I have attached the ARS & Gateway parameter config.
thanks in advance.

Not sure but I think Contact header is not good:
Don't think TANZANIA is resolved on OXO side.
Contact: <sip:214@TANZANIA:5060;transport=udp>

Re: OXO SIP TRUNK to AVAYA IP OFFICE
Hi Alex,
Thanks for the reply. But the Contact Header which you have mentioned is from AVAYA to OXO. that's incoming for OXO & the incoming is working fine. There's audio for both parties.
But the problem is only in OXO for the Outgoing calls. The call is routing but once the AVAYA end-user pick up the phone, it's disconnecting immediately.

Exactly. But why OXO does not ACKnowledged this "200 OK" with this Contact header?rajansuruli15 wrote: ↑21 Oct 2019 02:40 the Contact Header which you have mentioned is from AVAYA to OXO
If you check succesfull calls you'd see valid contact headers like this one : Contact: "RECEPTION MBY" <sip:300@192.168.7.20;user=phone>
