sorry the memory is full

Post by trentq »

Hi All

I a problem just started when someone calls in our main number after hours, instead of getting the after hours message and voicemail, they just hear 'sorry the memory is full' over and over again.

Does anyone know where to look to fix this?

Cheers

Main number, after hours message, calls - IAA/AA? Calls - internal/external? Some info about your system and management will be good (I forgot my magic ball at home).
May be - your VM mail box - full.

It is incoming calls from outside. the number is a call queue. Its an OmniPCX device. I use the OMC program to manage. I don't know the system very well that's is why I came here for help.

Topic was moved - because your PBX - not OmniPCX Enterprise (OXE) but OmniPCX Office OXO).
